Twenty eight year old Callie Murphy is at a crossroads. ‘Her teeth were clenched tight, probably hiding the fangs that had just popped out.’ We took in every sight, sound and smell – music blaring in our heads thanks to the fabulous soundtrack– this was a fictional setting brought to life courtesy of this authors brilliant and fabulously entertaining writing. We felt as though we’d travelled the country in that campervan with Callie and Walker. Walkers puns had us in fits of laughter, and the journey around the US was visually captivating thanks to the talent of Nicole Archer who painted the perfect picture with her natural flowing storytelling. The sarcastic banter between Callie and Walker tickled us no end. Road Tripped has to up there as one of the best enemies to lovers romances we’ve read. ‘What if I fall? Oh but, darling, what if you fly?’

Nothing slowed the flow of the story and the emotion made our hearts ache but was so cleverly cloaked in wonderful sarky humour that ensured we always had a glow in our hearts and an abundance of giggles at the ready. It’s horribly cliché, but actions scream louder than words.”ĥ fabulous stars because we loved the sh-poo out of this book! It really was a fabulous read, and one that left us with such a warm and happy feeling in our hearts! We laughed out loud, we smiled throughout and our romantic hearts squealed with glee! Nicole Archer delivered a story full of warmth, emotion, a dash of angst, humour and lots and lots of heart, with enough steamy deliciousness to satisfy those who like heat in their reads.
